Likely the steel drain bolt on the crankcase has frozen into the aluminum of the cases. It might be because at a previous oil change the crush washer was not replaced and the bolt was over tightened to make sure there was no leakage.
Similarly the oil filler plug.
Best I can suggest is get a socket that fits correctly - a six sided would be best but that might be a bit hard to find - put on the extensions and with a longer arm try tapping the handle of the ratchet or t-bar to see if you can snap the bolt loose.
On the oil filler plug - use a large crescent wrench closed down to fit snuggly across the flats - tap the end of the wrench and it might let go.
You should also try any of the commercial loosening oils on both locations before trying to get them off.
Go carefully but firmly and throughly inspect the threads before you put them back in. Use a new crush washer on the drain plug and don't over tighten it either location.
A bit of anti seize paste on the both locations would insure this problem would not arise in the future.
Good luck - keep us posted if you are successful
